Core application
CLASS — course administration for schools
CLASS helps small schools manage their courses. Students, courses, locations, teachers and schedules come together in one place. Quickly find an open slot for new students, or see which courses need rescheduling when a teacher is unavailable.
- Register groups of students and move them through the course schedule in a single action.
- Use the email module to keep students and teachers informed about changes to schedule, teacher or location.
- Connect CLASS to a WordPress website so (trial) lesson requests arrive automatically, ready to be scheduled.
CLASS comes with two companion apps that simplify communication with teachers and students. They work alongside CLASS as the core application.
ClassE — the app for teachers
Teachers see their lesson appointments, receive notifications from the school office about schedule changes or meetings, and record attendance.
ClassY — the app for students
Share documents with students. They update their own details and sign up for lessons or workshops.
For associations
Yfantis — member administration on your website
With Yfantis you make information from the member administration available on the association’s WordPress website — publicly, such as a calendar of performances, or protected with a username and password. The result is a connection-to-taste between administration and website.
- Document management with permissions: internal archives and protected sharing with members.
- Shared calendars and members’ birthdays.
- A module to sell tickets online for association events.

A small company with a personal approach
Scolavisa is the company of Michael Sperber. Founded in 2002 as a partnership and, since 2021, a sole proprietorship. Scolavisa builds and maintains several of its own products: CLASS with the apps ClassE and ClassY, and Yfantis for associations.
Because Scolavisa is small, you deal directly with the maker himself. No layers in between — just software that does exactly what your school or association needs.
